The Wrist Rest

You spent €150 on a keyboard and rest your wrists on a desk edge.

The gap between your desk and your keys is about 20 mm. So is this. High-density memory foam, a honeycomb surface that actually breathes, and a silicone base that doesn’t wander. You’ll notice it in ten minutes and never go back.

20 mm, not 12 mm

Most wrist rests are too thin to do anything. This one matches the height of a standard keyboard's front edge, so your wrist sits level instead of angled up over it.

A surface that breathes

The honeycomb pattern has 2 mm channels running through it. Air moves. Your wrist doesn't end up in a warm damp patch by 3pm the way it does on leatherette.

It stays put

Full-contact silicone base — not four little feet. Push it, drag a mouse across it, knock it. It doesn't creep across the desk.

What actually happens when you rest your wrist on a desk

Your forearm weighs somewhere around 1.5 kg. When you rest it on a hard edge, all of that lands on a contact strip a few millimetres wide, directly on the base of your palm. It isn’t complicated — it’s just pressure over a very small area.

Memory foam does one thing and does it well: it deforms until the load is spread across the whole surface it’s touching. Instead of a few millimetres of edge carrying everything, you get 80 mm of contact doing the work. Same weight, a fraction of the pressure at any single point.

That’s the entire product. No gel, no gimmick, no “technology.” Twenty millimetres of foam dense enough not to bottom out, shaped so your wrist sits level with your keys, on a base that refuses to move.

Same weight. Spread over 80 mm instead of 2 mm.

High-density memory foam

Slow-rebound foam that compresses under your wrist and returns to shape when you lift off. Dense enough that you never bottom out onto the desk underneath — the failure mode of every €8 rest.

Honeycomb pressure surface

Raised cells with 2 mm channels between them. Less surface touching your skin, more air moving through it. This is why it doesn't get clammy.

Silicone non-slip base

Full contact, not four rubber feet. Grips laminate, glass, wood and cloth desk mats without adhesive and without marking anything.

Sized to your board

Large (440 mm) for full-size keyboards with a numpad. Medium (360 mm) for TKL, 75% and compact. The mouse rest is 150 mm — enough for the heel of your hand, small enough not to eat your mousing area.

Matched heights

Both pieces are 20 mm, so both hands sit at the same level. Sounds obvious. Almost nobody sells them as a matched pair.

Three colourways

Sage Grey, Black, White. Chosen to disappear into a desk setup instead of announcing itself with RGB and a logo.

Pick your size

Measure the width of your keyboard. That’s it.

440 mm

Large

Full-size boards with a number pad. Most office keyboards, Logitech MX Keys, most 100% mechanicals.

360 mm

Medium

TKL, 75% and 65% boards. Most gaming keyboards without a numpad, most Mac keyboards.

150 mm

Mouse Rest

Sits under the heel of your mousing hand. Included in The Set.

Not sure? The Set ships with a 440 mm and we’ll swap the size free within 30 days.

What you'll notice

Minute one

The height feels wrong for about thirty seconds, because your wrists have been compensating for years. Then it clicks.

Hour one

You stop lifting your hands off the desk between sentences. That little hover you do without realising — it goes away.

Day three

You reach for it. You’ll catch yourself sliding it into position before you’ve opened anything.

Week two

You use someone else’s desk and immediately notice it’s missing. This is the point of no return.

30 days. Use it properly.

Put it on your desk and actually work on it for a month. Type on it, spill coffee near it, take it to the office.

If you’d rather have your desk edge back, email us and we’ll refund you. You don’t need the original packaging, you don’t need a reason, and we’re not going to ask three questions to make it annoying enough that you give up.

This is on top of your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, not instead of it.

Questions

Measure the width of your keyboard. Under 40 cm, take the Medium. Over 40 cm, take the Large. If you get it wrong we’ll swap it free within 30 days.

It’s slow-rebound memory foam, not the open-cell sponge in cheap rests. It compresses under load and returns to shape when you lift off. What kills cheap rests is bottoming out — being too thin to absorb the load, so the foam crushes flat permanently. 20 mm at this density doesn’t do that.

No. The base is a single continuous silicone surface, not four rubber feet. It holds on laminate, glass, wood and cloth desk mats.

Less than any leatherette or gel rest, which is the whole reason for the honeycomb surface — 2 mm channels between the raised cells so air moves instead of getting trapped against your skin.

Yes. The silicone grips cloth mats fine.

Damp cloth, mild soap if needed, air dry fully. Don’t put it in a washing machine and don’t soak it — the foam holds water.

Memory foam core, knitted fabric cover, silicone base. The supplier’s material declaration lists no substances of very high concern.

Twenty millimetres.

That’s the entire difference between your wrists bracing on an edge for eight hours and your wrists being held up. It costs less than two months of the coffee you drink at that desk.
