The Wrist Rest
The gap between your desk and your keys is about 20 mm. So is this. High-density memory foam, a honeycomb surface that actually breathes, and a silicone base that doesn’t wander.
Most rests are too thin to do anything. This one matches the height of a standard keyboard's front edge, so your wrist sits level instead of angled up over it.
The honeycomb has 2 mm channels running through it. Air moves. Your wrist doesn't end up in a warm damp patch by 3pm the way it does on leatherette.
Full-contact silicone base, not four little feet. Push it, drag a mouse across it, knock it. It doesn't creep across the desk.
Your forearm weighs somewhere around 1,5 kg. On a hard edge, all of it lands on a contact strip a few millimetres wide, right on the base of your palm. It isn’t complicated. It’s pressure over a very small area.
Memory foam does one thing well: it deforms until the load is spread across everything it touches. Instead of a couple of millimetres of laminate carrying the lot, 80 mm of foam shares it.
Your keys sit about 20 mm above the desk. So does the top of the rest. Your wrist stops climbing over an edge.
Slow-rebound memory foam compresses under the shape of your wrist rather than pushing back at one point.
The same 1,5 kg is now carried across 80 mm of contact instead of a 2 mm strip of laminate.
2 mm channels between the raised cells, so heat and moisture leave instead of sitting against your skin.
This is the part photographs don’t do justice. Raised cells, 2 mm apart, so the thing touching your skin is a field of soft points rather than one flat sheet of fabric.
Less contact area, more airflow, and it doesn’t go slick and warm after an hour the way a leather rest does.
Slow-rebound foam that compresses under your wrist and returns to shape. Dense enough that you never bottom out onto the desk.
Raised cells with 2 mm channels between them. Less surface on your skin, more air moving through it.
Full contact, not four rubber feet. Grips laminate, glass, wood and cloth mats without adhesive or marking.
440 mm for full-size keyboards, 360 mm for TKL and compact. The mouse rest is 150 mm, which is enough for the heel of your hand, small enough not to eat your mousing area.
Both pieces are 20 mm, so both hands sit level. Sounds obvious. Almost nobody sells them as a pair.
Black or Gray. Chosen to disappear into a desk setup rather than announce itself with RGB.

Measure the width of your keyboard. That’s it.
Large
Full-size boards with a number pad. Most office keyboards, MX Keys, most 100% mechanicals.
Medium
TKL, 75% and 65% boards. Most gaming keyboards without a numpad, most Mac keyboards.
Mouse Rest
Sits under the heel of your mousing hand. Included in The Set.
The height feels wrong for about thirty seconds, because your wrists have been compensating for years. Then it clicks.
You stop lifting your hands off the desk between sentences. That little hover you do without realising, it goes.
You reach for it. You’ll catch yourself sliding it into position before you’ve opened anything.
You use someone else’s desk and immediately notice it’s missing. Point of no return.
Then here’s the honest version, because you’ve probably read a lot of nonsense already.
We are not going to tell you this fixes carpal tunnel syndrome. It doesn’t, nothing you buy for €45 does, and the evidence on ergonomic equipment for it is genuinely thin as the Cochrane review that looked at the trials found there weren’t enough good ones to say either way.
What we will tell you is exactly what the object does, because that part isn’t in dispute. It fills the 20 mm gap between your desk and your keys, so your wrists rest on foam across 80 mm instead of bracing on a 2 mm edge for eight hours a day. Whether that’s worth €44,90 to you is your call to make, not ours to talk you into.
If you have persistent wrist or hand pain, numbness or tingling, see a doctor. That’s not a disclaimer we’re required to print; it’s just the right advice, and a foam pad is not a substitute for it.
Honestly: we don’t know, and anyone selling you a €45 foam pad who says they do is guessing. The Cochrane review of ergonomic equipment for carpal tunnel found there simply aren’t enough good trials to draw a conclusion.
What we can tell you is what it physically does — it spreads the weight of your forearm across 80 mm of foam instead of concentrating it on a 2 mm desk edge, and it raises your wrist level with your keys instead of angled up over them. People buy it because that feels better. If you have ongoing pain, numbness or tingling, see a doctor rather than a shop.
Measure the width of your keyboard. Under 40 cm, take the Medium. Over 40 cm, take the Large. If you get it wrong we’ll swap it free within 30 days.
It’s slow-rebound memory foam, not the open-cell sponge in cheap rests. What kills those is bottoming out — being too thin to absorb the load, so the foam crushes flat permanently. 20 mm at this density doesn’t do that.
No. The base is a single continuous silicone surface, not four rubber feet. It holds on laminate, glass, wood and cloth desk mats.
Less than any leatherette or gel rest — that’s the whole reason for the honeycomb. 2 mm channels between the raised cells so air moves instead of getting trapped against your skin.
Yes. The silicone grips cloth mats fine.
Damp cloth, mild soap if needed, air dry fully. Don’t machine wash it and don’t soak it — the foam holds water.
Memory foam core, knitted fabric cover, silicone base. The supplier’s material declaration lists no substances of very high concern.
