Welcome to The Wrist Rest
These Terms and Conditions cover purchases through thewristrest.com, operated by SIA Ruby Holdings (“we”, “our” or “us”), registered in Riga, Latvia. Read them before ordering and keep a copy with your order confirmation. By ordering, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

2. General information
To order, you must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or have the required consent of a parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact and delivery details and review your selections before completing checkout.
Use the site lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with security or attempt unauthorised access. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
3. Product information
We sell cushioned wrist rests for keyboards and mice. Keyboard rests are available in 360 mm and 440 mm widths; the mouse rest is 150 mm wide. Choose Black or Gray. The keyboard and mouse set includes one keyboard wrist rest in your chosen width and one matching mouse wrist rest.
Measure your keyboard and check the dimensions before ordering. The selected product and variation determine what is included. Keyboards, mice and other props in photographs are not included unless expressly stated. Lighting and screen settings may affect how colours appear, but this does not remove your right to goods that match their description.
Wrist rests are desk accessories for comfort. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, prevent or treat carpal tunnel syndrome or another medical condition.
4. Payment and pricing
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR). Review the total, including applicable taxes and delivery charges shown at checkout, before ordering. A free-shipping offer applies only where its stated conditions are met. Optional extras require your agreement.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and processed through Stripe and the selected payment provider. Payment is due as described by your chosen payment option. You must be authorised to use it.
Price changes apply to future orders and do not affect an order already accepted. If an apparent pricing error or availability problem affects your order, we will contact you rather than impose a different price or substitute a product without agreement. Any payment collected for an order we cannot fulfil will be refunded.
Your order email acknowledges receipt and records the order details. Keep it and contact us promptly about any error. It does not remove statutory cancellation rights.
5. Shipping and delivery
Estimated delivery: EU, UK and US: 1–2 weeks. Elsewhere: 2–4 weeks. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. A delivery date specifically agreed for your order takes priority.
Available destinations, delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Contact us if your parcel is late, missing or damaged. Mandatory rights concerning late or failed delivery remain unaffected.
Additional import duties, taxes or clearance fees not included in the checkout total may be payable to the relevant authority or carrier. Mandatory price-disclosure and tax-collection rules still apply.
For consumer orders, delivery risk remains with us until you or a person you nominate takes physical possession, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier independently chosen and arranged by you.
6. Order changes
Contact us promptly if you need to correct product selections or delivery details. We will try to help before dispatch, but changes may no longer be practical once processing or delivery is underway. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Intellectual property
Website text, branding, designs, photographs and other content belong to SIA Ruby Holdings or are used with permission from their respective owners. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where the law permits it. You may save or print these terms and order information for your records.
8. Liability and consumer protections
Use your wrist rest as a desk accessory in a setup that suits your keyboard and working position. Individual comfort and preferences vary.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability, legal guarantee or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. We remain responsible for our contractual obligations and losses where applicable law makes us responsible. These terms do not require you to accept faulty goods.
9. Governing law and complaints
Latvian law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply to you, including those of your country of habitual residence where applicable. You may bring a claim in a court available to you under mandatory rules.
Contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint. You can also seek assistance from Latvia’s Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) or the relevant consumer authority in your country. Your right to seek a legal remedy remains unaffected.
10. Changes to these terms
Updates apply to future orders. The updated date appears at the top of this page. The version applicable when your order was placed continues to apply to that order unless a lawful change is agreed. Updates do not retrospectively remove your rights.
